Tingoton Introduces the UltraFit Earmold for RIC Pro
Tingoton introduced the first UltraFit RIC earmold in June 2025. The company says it received feedback from hearing-care fitters and early users and used that feedback to develop UltraFit RIC Pro, launched about six months later at the start of its 2026 product range.
Tingoton describes the upgrade as combining a less noticeable, more comfortable fit with improved acoustics. It says the term “UltraFit” refers to avoiding pronounced foreign-body sensation, pressure or heat, not to being unable to feel an external device at all. New users may still need time to adapt.

Can an earmold feel almost unnoticeable during long wear?
The company says UltraFit RIC Pro uses a polymer that complies with the RoHS Directive. It claims the material reduces discomfort and that wearing it for four to six hours will not cause redness, swelling, pain or sweating in the ear canal. These are Tingoton's product claims; comfort and skin response vary by person, and RoHS compliance alone does not establish biological safety.
Can a narrow ear canal be fitted?
Tingoton says it offers multiple sizes for narrow, wide, curved or age-related changes in ear canals. The company intends the range to improve retention without pressure. Suitability still depends on individual fitting.
Does the update affect sound quality?
The company says an optimized receiver-channel curve makes sound delivery more direct and stable, with clearer speech and less noise.
Can an existing wearer switch directly, and is adjustment needed?
Tingoton says existing users can replace the prior earmold with the Pro version and recommends returning to a fitting center afterward for adjustment of volume and noise-management settings to match the new fit.
Tingoton says it plans further hearing-care products after this launch.
