UltraFit Earmold for RIC Wins a 2026 Good Design Award

Tingoton announced that its UltraFit Earmold for RIC had received a 2026 Good Design Award. The company presents this as recognition of its design and product-development work.

Tingoton says the earmold was developed using a data model based on more than 10,000 earmolds and fits the ear canals of over 95% of people without customization. These figures are company-reported and do not establish suitability for every user.

In January 2026, Tingoton launched UltraFit Earmold for RIC Pro. It added small and medium sizes and redesigned the receiver-channel curve and receiver interface, which the company says improve fit, comfort and clarity. Tingoton also describes the material as lighter, thinner, softer and gentler on skin, with a less noticeable wearing feel.

Design and user needs

Tingoton describes the Good Design Award as recognizing originality and leadership in technology, appearance and function while emphasizing practical user needs. It says the criteria fit its own approach to developing and refining the UltraFit earmold range.

The company says it will continue focusing on user experience and developing more hearing-care products and solutions.
